BOLWELL NAGARI

Bolwell, the company that revived its iconic Nagari nameplate for a new sports car, has expanded its management team

Low-volume sports car manufacturer Bolwell has commenced delivering production models of the new Nagari to customers -- and a new generation of the founding family is stepping up to the plate.

The company has already built the first production car from its premises in Seaford, a south-eastern suburb of Melbourne. That vehicle is promised to a Western Australian buyer who left a $20,000 deposit after seeing the prototype on display at the Melbourne International Motor Show earlier this year. Two more vehicles are also in production.

Brothers Owen and Vaughan Bolwell have taken up roles as company directors, with newly appointed general manager Brian Wilson looking after the day-to-day running of the company.

The two brothers are sons of Campbell Bolwell, one of the original company founders and current director.
