Isuzu teases MU-X with Thai TVC

TV ad for new seven-seater comes with bombastic music and breathless Thai narration

The launch date for Isuzu's MU-X is drawing ever closer – and this teaser ad comes close to revealing the new, chassis-based SUV in all its glory.

No one at Isuzu Ute Australia is claiming to know anything about this particular advertisement, and Isuzu in Thailand had previously informed their global distributors they would not indulge in this kind of campaign.  So the origin of the TVC remains a mystery. Could Isuzu have changed tack, or is this something leaked for the studio that created the ad?

As we reported last week, the new vehicle will be based on the D-MAX commercial and will be a rival to Toyota Prado, Holden Colorado 7 and the Ford Everest, which is still a year or two in the future.
