The McLaren P1 and Ferrari LaFerrari were rivals before they even reached production, and after years in development two of the world's most exotic and most powerful supercars finally broke cover at the 2013 Geneva motor show.

However Lamborghini wasn't about to let its rivals steal the limelight, unveiling the ultra-rare Veneno supercar to rapturous applause at the Swiss event.

But which of three cars is fastest - Lamborghini Veneno, McLaren P1 or Ferrari LaFerrari?
