Subaru rolls out Forester special

Special-edition Forester adds value to base model for $2000 extra

Subaru has launched a special-edition version of its entry-level Forester 2.5i-L mid-size SUV, adding a range of extra equipment for an extra $2000.

Priced at $34,990 plus on-road costs, the special-edition Forester gains high-lustre 17-inch alloy wheels, leather-trimmed seats with perforated inserts, heated front seats, powered driver’s seat, keyless entry and push-button start, rain-sensing wipers and heated door mirrors.

There is no change to the model's 2.0-litre four-cylinder boxer petrol engine or manual transmission.

“Forester remains a firm favourite in our family-friendly all-wheel drive range and this special-edition underlines its value on top of the proven Subaru traits of durability, safety, rock-solid engineering and retained value," said Subaru Australia Managing Director, Nick Senior.
