GENEVA MOTOR SHOW: Hyundai sketches next Sonata
Korean brand reveals second sketch of its imminent mid-size i40 and i40 sedan successorHaving revealed the first teaser sketch of its next-generation Sonata, Hyundai was widely expected to reveal its new mid-size global sedan at this week's Geneva motor show.
Instead, it kept the Swiss limelight firmly trained on its second-generation large rear-drive luxury sedan, the Genesis, which will finally become available in Australia in July.
Now the Korean giant has released a second sketch of its new Sonata -- this time showing its interior -- and confirmed it will be revealed and released in its home market later this month.
Expect the all-new Sonata to hit local showrooms later this month as an effective replacement for the i40 and discontinued i45 sedans.
