Ferrari 458 Challenge Evoluzione reaches Oz

Optimised and enhanced 458 makes its local debut at V8 Supercars test day
Ferrari's 458 Challenge Evoluzione has been uncovered in an unlikely forum – the V8 Supercars test day last weekend.
It's an early premiere in Australia for the 'evo' 458, which is scheduled for a formal appearance at Ferrari Racing Days at Sydney's Motorsport Park (formerly Eastern Creek) in the second week of April.
The GT3-inspired upgrade for the 458 features a body kit comprising a new rear wing for added down force and revised front splitter and valance. Suspension is re-rated to match the increased down force available, and the braking system provides better feel through the pedal.
Bringing the Ferrari Racing Days extravaganza to Australia has been a coup for the new Ferrari distributor here – with the event opening barely 12 months after the handover.
