McLaren Special Operations (MSO) has released pictures of its latest one-off creation that this time is based on the McLaren GT.
Set to star at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance this Sunday August 18, the unique McLaren GT sports a newly designed exterior paint called MSO Defined Flux Sliver.
The side skirts, front splitter, door mirrors, rear bumper and diffuser, meanwhile, are painted in another new hue called MSO Bespoke Satin Graphite paint created specifically for the Pebble Beach show car.
Other exterior differences over the McLaren GT, which was unwrapped back in May, include bright chrome upper window surrounds, MSO Bespoke Satin Graphite Iron brake callipers, polished titanium exhaust outlets and Gloss Black Diamond Cut wheels.
Inside, the customised GT gets something called 'Geoform Stitching' with a pattern that, bizarrely, is said to have been directly inspired by the canopy design of the British Museum.
The pattern is used on the seat's leather, sun visor, door cards and armrest.
Reflecting the exterior, the leather colour inside is either the same Satin Graphite as the paint outside or coloured Flux White.
Completing the upgrades, nifty silver-infused carbon-fibre was used on the gearshift paddles and steering wheel.
To remind show-goers this is no regular GT, the interior features plenty of MSO logos on the head resttraints, leather sills, floor mats and even the key.
Under the rear boot lid, MSO has left the McLaren GT's 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 well alone.
That means it still produces the same 465kW and 603Nm as the regular car.
Combined with the car-maker's seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, the GT can still hit 100km/h in just 3.2 seconds, 0-200km/h in nine seconds and a top speed of 326km/h.
Pricing for both the standard McLaren GT, which will be launched in Europe this month, and the special MSO version is yet to be announced for the Australian market.
